No card details are collected on this website. After saving your order, choose our recommended SMS option for the fastest reply or use email. Verify your RS order reference and wait for confirmed payment instructions.
Where do you deliver?
We ship throughout the contiguous United States. Availability and transit times are confirmed after your order request.
When will my order arrive?
We confirm the available delivery schedule when we review your order. We avoid leaving perishable boxes in transit over Sundays and major holidays.
Does someone need to sign?
Usually no. Please bring the box inside promptly and refrigerate or freeze its contents.
What if my seafood arrives warm?
Photograph the box and contact us on the day it arrives. Our arrival guarantee means we will review and make it right.
How long will seafood keep?
Fresh items are best within one to two days. Frozen products can go directly into the freezer; each box includes specific guidance.
